So, thanks to Emily and Judy, i finally have pictures of my trip to Gansu!
So first off, here's some pictures of the gorgeous scenery!

 One of our last days, Emily, Charlotte, the Lewis kids and I went to the top of the hill. it was gorgeous, we could hear our echos off mountains that were miles away.
It rained every day, which is really unusual for this area of China. "Grace like Rain..."
Ok, then, the people from the village and the kids:
"Ships Ahoy" (basically our job was to play games and sing songs with the kids from the village. Best job!)

The kids at YSR actually liked school and learning english. In America, that's def. rare!!
Ok, cool story here... I had only met this girl the within the last couple days we were at the school. The first time i actually talked to her though, was on our way back after our last day. We talked (or attempted to, with my small chinese vocabulary. =)), and she held my hand until we got to where i had to turn into the hotel. So then i said, oh, i'll miss you and stuff, and then a few minutes later she's crying! Ah, it was just so amazing to me... Rae, the girl on the right, talked to her some and got her address, and was just really helpful.. HE totally did some cool things on that trip. =)
